Holy Family
2025, Acrylic on Canvas 900 x 1200mm
PAINTING OF THE HOLY FAMILY
The Holy Family painting was inspired by the Eucharistic Adoration of Jesus present in the Blessed Sacrament. The Holy Family shows the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint Joseph adoring their son Jesus Christ, the second person of the Holy Trinity.
The painting shows Jesus at the centre and the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint Joseph facing the young Jesus Christ in Adoration. At the bottom centre of the painting, there are steps that lead to Jesus Christ. The intention was to invite the viewer to also adore Jesus and be in thanksgiving.
I am grateful to God for this opportunity to paint the Holy Family.

Silent Witness - The Glorious St. Joseph
2024, Acrylic on Canvas 900 x 1200mm
PAINTING OF THE SILENT WITNESS
This painting has been done in a journey of prayer and discernment throughout the 33-Day Preparation of Consecration to St. Joseph by Fr. Don Calloway, MIC, for the Feast of St. Joseph the Worker (1 May).
During a time where we need good male role models, I was inspired by St. Joseph and his role as a father and protector of Jesus and Mary, the Holy Family.
I was inspired to paint the vision of the glorious St. Joseph from an apparition by Sister Mary Ephrem, who describes what St. Joseph looked like. You can refer to the Consecration to St. Joseph book on page 198 from the chapter on Silent Witness.
"Thus should be honored whom the King desires to honor."

Holy Family
2023, Digital Art

DIGITAL PAINTING OF THE HOLY FAMILY
The Holy Family Digital artwork is a devotional artwork, a type of Sacred Art used for personal prayer and deep reflections on the Holy Family.
The Holy Family is Jesus Christ, Mother Mary and Joseph from Nazareth. The Holy Family is an example of holiness for families. They are an example of showing God’s love and mercy.
Inspired by the Holy Family, I wanted to draw the Holy Family and do a digital painting of them. It was a beautiful journey of prayer, meditation and contemplation throughout the painting process.
The artwork is for Oceania Faith Journey Media Ministry. The artwork of the Holy Family is available as a gift for families and a prayer card as well.
"When I think of Christian homes, I like to imagine them as being full of the light and joy that were in the home of the Holy Family."

St. Joseph The Protector
2022, Digital Art

DIGITAL PAINTING OF ST. JOSEPH WITH THE CHILD JESUS
I was inspired to draw and paint St. Joseph using the digital tools available. It was a beautiful journey of healing, reflection and devotion to St. Joseph.
This digital painting was inspired by the build up to the 33-Day Preparation of Consecration to St. Joseph by Fr. Don Calloway, MIC, and the year of St. Joseph.
This artwork is now part of Oceania Faith Journey's Sacred Art work commission as a prayer card and artwork for the home.
"Make him (St. Joseph) the patron of your family and your will soon have tangible proof of his protecting hand."
